What we collect, and what we don't.

The short version: this site has no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies. We do not build a profile of you. The only information we get is what you choose to send us, either by booking a call or by emailing us.

1. Who is responsible for your data

This site is operated by AMZ Life LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan WY 82801. For anything about your data, email contact@amz-life.com and it comes to Rogerio de Andrade directly.

2. What we collect when you just read the site

Nothing that identifies you, and nothing we look at. There is no analytics tool on this site, no advertising tag and no cookie set by us. You can read every page without telling us you were here.

3. When you book a call

The booking page uses Calendly, an external scheduling service. When you book, you give Calendly your name, your email address and your answers to three short questions about your business. Calendly passes that booking to our calendar so the call can happen, and it is how we know who we are meeting and what you want to talk about.

Calendly is a separate company with its own privacy policy and its own cookies. While you are using the booking widget, you are dealing with them as well as with us.

We use what you send only to prepare for and hold the call, and to reply to you afterwards. We do not add you to a mailing list because you booked a call.

4. When you email us

Your message and your email address sit in our mailbox, which is hosted by Namecheap Private Email. We keep correspondence as long as it is useful for the working relationship, and you can ask us to delete it.

5. Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like every web host, their servers keep short-lived technical logs of requests, which include IP addresses, the page requested and the browser used. These exist so the service can run and be protected from abuse. We do not use them to identify visitors.

6. Fonts

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when a page opens, and Google sees the IP address making that request. No cookie is set by that request and we receive nothing from it.

7. Cookies

AMZ Life sets no cookies on this site, so there is no banner asking you to accept ours. The only cookies you may encounter come from Calendly inside the booking widget. Those are governed by Calendly's own policy, and Calendly shows its own notice about them on the booking page.

8. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. The only companies that touch it are the ones that make the site work, each acting on our behalf under their own terms: Vercel for hosting, Calendly for scheduling, Namecheap for email, and Google for fonts. If a client relationship starts, the tools used for that work are covered by the agreement for that work, not by this page.

9. How long we keep it

Booking details and email correspondence are kept while there is a live conversation or working relationship, and for as long afterwards as we need them for our records. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

10. Your rights

Wherever you live, we honour these for everyone, including the rights granted by Europe's GDPR and by US state privacy laws:

• Access. Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Correction. Ask us to fix anything that is wrong.
• Deletion. Ask us to delete it.

Email contact@amz-life.com from the address you used with us and we will respond within 30 days. If you think we have mishandled your data, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Children

This site and these services are for people running or starting a business, and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

If this changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
