These terms cover your use of amz-life.com. They are not the contract for paid work. If you hire AMZ Life, the scope, price and terms of that job are agreed separately, and that agreement governs the work.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by AMZ Life LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan WY 82801. You can reach us at contact@amz-life.com. By using this site you agree to these terms.

2. What this site is

It describes the services AMZ Life offers and lets you book a call to discuss them. Everything on it is information, not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing here creates a client relationship on its own, and nothing here is a quote.

3. Booking a call

The strategy call is free and carries no obligation on either side. You are booking a conversation, not buying anything. We may need to reschedule, and so may you. Persistent no-shows may mean we stop offering you a slot.

4. Advice on the site is general

The guidance published here is written for a general audience and does not take account of your product, your account or your circumstances. Selling on Amazon involves commercial risk, and results depend on your product, your market, your pricing and Amazon's own decisions. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any result, ranking, sales figure or return.

Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. For those, use a professional qualified in your country.

5. We are not Amazon

AMZ Life is an independent consultancy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. "Amazon" and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. Where we describe Amazon's rules or programmes, Amazon can change them at any time and their own published terms always take precedence over anything written here.

6. Our content

The text, design, images and logo on this site belong to AMZ Life LLC or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, quote briefly with attribution, and share links. Republishing pages, or reusing the design or the logo as your own, is not permitted without our written agreement.

7. Using the site properly

Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the services behind it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or use it to do anything unlawful.

8. Links to other sites

Some pages link to services we use or recommend, such as the booking tool and the community. Those are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or their conduct.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or remove pages at any time.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, AMZ Life LLC is not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on general information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming are the venue for any dispute. Where the consumer-protection law of your own country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally, nothing here takes that right away.
